• L’Institut International de Conseil Juridique – ILCI Paris est né d’une conviction forte : le droit, la diplomatie et la stratégie doivent être pensés ensemble pour répondre aux défis du monde contemporain.
Présidé par Mohamed Souhail Nouili, politicien, défenseur des droits humains et conseiller juridique et diplomatique, l’Institut s’est implanté au cœur de Paris, au 229 rue Saint-Honoré, symbole d’excellence et de rayonnement international.
Depuis sa création, ILCI Paris réunit des avocats, professeurs, docteurs et experts internationaux pour offrir un conseil de haut niveau, une sélection rigoureuse des talents stratégiques et des formations d’élite.
Notre vision pour l’avenir : devenir une référence mondiale en matière de conseil juridique international, de recrutement VIP et de formation juridique, en consolidant notre réseau avec les universités, institutions internationales et organismes de défense des droits fondamentaux.

• The International Legal Counsel Institute – ILCI Paris was born out of a strong conviction: law, diplomacy, and strategy must be addressed together to meet the challenges of today’s world.
Chaired by Mohamed Souhail Nouili, politician, human rights defender, and legal & diplomatic advisor, the Institute established its headquarters in the heart of Paris, at 229 rue Saint-Honoré — a symbol of excellence and international prestige.
Since its inception, ILCI Paris has brought together lawyers, professors, PhDs, and international experts to provide top-level legal advice, rigorous executive search, and elite training programs.
Our vision for the future: to become a global benchmark in international legal advisory, VIP recruitment, and legal training, while strengthening our partnerships with universities, international institutions, and human rights organizations.
